How becoming a Mother made me a better athlete

In my down time I’ve been writing a ton lately but unfortunately not for my own blog! However, it has all been published, just on different sites. Rather than rewriting it out here, I thought it best that I link the articles incase any of you are interested in reading them.

They are both on how I balance being a parent and an athlete. Many people have asked me this in the past, and it is a topic both Jason and I are very passionate about.

Being able to train, go on adventures with our kids and race in big international races has been amazing and challenging at the same time.

Both of my articles Ciele Athletics and on are slightly different but both have tips and cornerstones that my family live by.

So, if you are wondering how to do “all the things” that you want to do, perhaps this will help you! And no, being a parent is not a requirement, it is just what made me refocus my energy and time in a more healthy way.
