It’s a beautiful and challenging world to be a mother in right now. We are being asked to be a LOT of things. I’ve had to learn the hard way that we must take time to focus on ourselves in order to really fulfill our full dreams of living life to the max and be who we truly want to be for ourselves and our family.
We’re constantly bombarded with things we “should” be doing, but what is it that YOU really want? What lights you up? Do you know? If not it’s ok. I’m here and I can help.

I’m here to help you discover who you really are (and want to be) as a mother and/ or as an athlete. I will help you accountability and self talk while also providing a training program you can stick to.
Who do you want to be?
What does it look like to live life to your full potential? During our coaching calls we identify road blocks and build a clear path to success. We will talk about what is going on physically and emotionally to help you reach your goals.
How do you want to show up in relationships?
Building good relationships with your partner, children, and friends is paramount. When we are not working towards our best selves, or have that support to do so, being in relationship can be very hard. I help you identify your triggers and your needs in order to be your most resilient self.
What I don’t do:
If you are searching for a simple training program with no mental and emotional depth or are just here to try and lose weight, I am not your person. NO Judgment, I just want to help make lasting changes. I ask for my clients to have some concrete goals to work towards. If you don’t have one but like the sound of me, lets talk and make one together!

Hi, I’m Chelsey.
I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. The mountains, trails, rivers and endless nights were a huge part in shaping who I am today. I feel the most myself in the mountains and rivers. I have been through many challenges and have seen some very dark places.
After the loss of my son, Spirit B I experienced the most suffocating and painful feelings for many months. Through this and more struggles along the way, I have learned how to turn these stories of motherhood into very powerful positives for myself and my family. It has not come easy, and there has been many dips along the way (and they still come and go!) but by navigating through it I have discovered tools, a routine and more that have helped me immensely.
Rather than keep this all to myself, and let others struggle on their own, I feel called to help women, especially mothers find their own inner power. We mothers are the beacon, the earth, the ground for our families. And I’m a firm believer that we CAN still be that to our families WHILE honoring our own needs and wants.
Since becoming a mother, I have become a 24 hour mtn bike world champion, been on countless podiums with my adventure racing team, helped build two companies with my husband, taken my kids on multiple international trips and countless river, camping and hiking trips.
I have also leaned into my vulnerable self and have kept up a self care routine for many years. I change, I adapt, I grow, but through it all I feel supported and loved by my family and community.
